Aaron Waller
Prior to the joining the Redskins, Aaron spent 15 years in the telecommunications and cable programming industries in various corporate development (new business launches and Mergers & Acquisitions); finance; and engineering capacities with top tier companies like Verizon and Discovery Channel. He has successfully led staff and operating departments, and executed corporate development transactions.
Aaron is a Mission of Love Charities Inc. (MOLC) board member, a multifaceted health and human services organization.
Aaron graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and received a Master’s of Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University.
Aaron is married to Gail Woods Waller and has a 7-year old daughter, Kiara. |

Aaron Waller joined The Washington Redskins as Vice President of Administration in January 2004. He is responsible for stadium financial management (planning, budgeting, procurement & analysis); concert/college football/large special event promoter negotiations, budgeting, & settlement; capital project budgeting & management; game day hospitality & entertainment (Cheerleaders, Bands/DJs, Scoreboards, A/V, etc.); concessions & suite catering; retail merchandise management (including brick & mortar store locations); contract administration/vendor management; quality assurance; and government & community relations.
