Figurative Artist Donates Painting to FAME
FAME’s efforts were recently recognized by Figurative Artist Ralph E. Irby of Norfolk, VA. , who presented the organization with an original painting created exclusively for FAME. The painting is a great addition to the organization, helping accentuate FAME’s mission and the role of music in the lives of youth through young adulthood. The painting was unveiled at a performance featuring the jazz group, Pieces of a Dream at the University of Maryland’s Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center.
Prints of the special painting are available for a tax deductible donation of $25 each. All proceeds will go to FAME’s scholarship program. FAME is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
