These 7 years have been filled with many achievements that have fostered our mission of providing access to all genres of art to students in urban neighborhoods, who are often disproportionately affected by their social and economic backgrounds...
MUSIC IS CENTRAL! – This program supports the music department at Central High School in Capitol Heights, MD by providing music education for student's participating in the concert band, marching band, choir and After School Program. FAME provides musical instruments, equipment, supplies, and Master Classes to elevate vocal and instrumentation technique.
Join us for a majestic celebration of music and dance. The evening will feature national and regional musicians as well as young artists eager to make an influential mark in the performing arts.
Vocal Stylist Morris Wilson, through his unique interpretation, will pay tribute to the legendary rhythm & blues legend – the late Luther Vandross. He will be accompanied by The FAME Orchestra under the direction of Virgil Crawford.
Toni Lewis attended the GradNation conference sponsored by the America's Promise Alliance, Alma & Colin Powell's organization, at the Marriott Wardman Park in Washington DC.
